BEHIND THE PIECE

from idea to ink

The Idea

A quiet reminder of a river walk taken every morning for a year. The brief was one word: calm.

The Design

Elena sketched directly on skin to follow the natural line of the arm, then refined the stem into a single unbroken stroke with a 3RL needle.
